Any illegal activities or any kind of nuisance will not be tolerable. If any delegate is found doing any such activity, it will be solely his responsibility, and the association or any other member of the association will not be held liable for it.

  • Check-in: 30th Dec 2024 at 02:00 PM onwards. Check-out: 01st Jan 2025 at 11:00 AM.
  • Local delegates can only register for non-resident entry.
  • On-the-spot registration will not be available in any case.
  • Delegate fees will be paid by online digital registration only.
  • Registration will be on a rst-come, rst-served basis. Registration will be closed once all seats are full. Rights are reversed with the association. The association has the right to make changes to rules & regulations at any point in time. No one can claim or take legal action against the association at any stage.
  • Registration will not be canceled once it is done, and it will be non-transferable.
  • Dependent children will not be given any extra room or bed.
  • The association will not be responsible for any laptop or gadget during the conference.
